Median home price up from October

The median selling price of a King County single-family home was $370,000 in November, down 6.3 percent from a year earlier and 2 percent from October, according to Northwest Multiple Listing Service.

The median selling price of a condo in the county was $252,600 in November, down 7.9 percent from a year earlier, but up about a half percent from October.
